One month. Memberships run month to month with no lease — fourteen days’ notice to cancel a hotdesk or dedicated desk, thirty for a private office.

Billing runs at the beginning of each month for the month ahead. Memberships renew automatically unless you cancel before the next cycle — 14 days’ notice for a hotdesk or dedicated desk, 30 days for a private office.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank transfers. We do not accept cash or checks.

Add-ons like printing or drinks are added to your account and settle on your next billing cycle.

A one-time $30 setup fee applies to every plan. It covers your member account and portal access, initial IT setup and support, building access credentials, and a personalized tour of the space.

None beyond the current month, and there is no lease to sign.

Hotdesks and dedicated desks need 14 days’ notice to cancel. Private offices need 30 days, because re-letting a room takes longer than re-letting a desk.

Yes. Pricing is per person, but a desk or office can be shared at a reduced rate for each additional person — see the per-seat rates on each plan.

Everyone on a shared plan can work anywhere in the open space, together in the office, or any mix of the two.

Yes. The Executive Conference Room upstairs seats ten, the Level 01 meeting room seats four, and six phone booths handle calls and one-on-ones. Room time comes out of your monthly credit.

Yes — dedicated onsite parking, free to members and their guests. No downtown parking hunt.
