From daily rates to private offices
All plans and membership options include ultra-fast 100mbps wifi, coffee/tea, phone booth room access for meetings/conversations, discounted printing rates, and internal networking opportunities with the Basecamp community.
What commitment does membership involve? Do I need to sign a lease?
Membership is completely flexible and you can cancel your monthly plan with as little as 14-days notice. Members do not sign a lease and are not bound to any long-term commitment.
How does billing work and what types of payments are accepted?
Billing happens at the beginning of every month for the month ahead. All memberships are reoccurring unless canceled 14 days (or more) before the month ahead. Any add-ons added to your account, such as printing costs or food/beverages, can be added to your bill and paid for on the billing cycle.
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept ACH / automatic bank transfers. We do not accept cash or checks.
What does the setup fee cover?
A one-time $30.00 setup fee is required for all hotdesk, dedicated desk, and private office plans. This includes basic membership setup, the creation of a user account and access to the online membership portal, initial IT setup and support, and a personalized facility tour.
Where can I park?
Whitefish provides unlimited parking north of the library along with on-street parking on Lupfer Ave, East 1st St west of Baker Ave, and Depot St, east of the Depot.
The Parking Garage is just one block away on the corner of East 1st Street and Baker Avenue and houses free, three-hour parking spaces on the 1st Level, covered lease parking spaces on the 2nd Level, and uncovered lease parking spaces on the 3rd Level.
Can I meet with clients?
Yes! The private phone booth can accommodate 2-3 people. This is available to all membership tiers and can be reserved in advance. The conference room can hold 6-8 people and comes complete with whiteboards and an Apple TV connection for screen mirroring. Members receive monthly credits to utilize the conference room space, and the conference room can also be rented by non-members.
Can I use a private office for multiple people?
Private office pricing is intended for one person per office, however, multiple people can utilize one office space. Additional team members must purchase either the five-pack or monthly hotdesk membership and will enjoy a 25% team discount on any membership tier.
For example, a team of three that works primarily from Basecamp can purchase:
- (1) Private Office at $800
- (2) Hotdesk Memberships at $150 (25% discount)
This would allow all three to work anywhere in the open spaces, all together in the private office, or any combination of the two.
Are team rates available?
Yes! Teams will benefit from a 25% discount on daily rates, five-packs, and hotdesk memberships (not applicable towards dedicated desks or private offices). Team rates are applicable for two or more members who work for the same company.
Can I use the space for a private event?
We are currently not able to accommodate private events.
